OUR HQ AND CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCTION BAKERY

We bake the majority of our breads out of our main bakery in Kingston. We moved here in October 2013 after a two year design and construction period. We believe that we have built one of the finest organic bakeries in the world, capable of producing absolutely delicious certified organic breads for lots of people for generations to come. 

On January 22, 2023 we closed our Kingston Cafe to the public to repurpose the space for our employees! Please visit our cafe locations in Woodstock, Rhinebeck, and Boiceville.
